Dova is co owned with Christy Nelson and Isabel Stoffers of Runners whippets. He finished with 4 majors, all of them at Specialties or on Specialty weekends. He is also a Specialty Best In Show winner and finished his grand championship in short order. 2012 will find Dova being campaigned on the west coast by Christy. We look forward to what the year will bring.
Bueno lives in Finland with Jaana Jylanto. Bueno has made his presence known in Finland starting his show career in 2009 winning Best Puppy In Match over 500 puppies and ending 2011 as number two male in the country.
Cheers, the once in a lifetime dog was awarded back to back Best In Shows from the bred by exhibitor class when she was just 15 months old. She finished her AKC bench championship with a major awarded at the Eastern Regional Specialty. As a special, Cheers was awarded another all breed Best In Show, a Specialty Best in Show win, and multiple award of merits at Specialties. Cheers was a top twenty whippet in 2005 and a top 10 whippet in 2006.
Sadly I did not carry on with her line as there was heart problems with her siblings and I thought best to not go forward with these lines. Nevertheless Cheers has a special place in my heart and was a super fun showdog. She lives with my good friend Judy Filler in Chicago as a cherished pet.
Bravo is the first of two Picabo son's exported to Finland. He has had a remarkable show career ending each year as one of the top whippets in Finland. He is Jaana's heart dog and I am thrilled that she has chosen a Fanfare whippet for her companion and show dog.
Dillon is an oustanding combination of his parents excelling in clean movement and a stunning headpeice that generates comments from breeders and judges alike. He is a sweet and gentle soul who's goal is to please his owners and grace the couch. Dillon lives with Charlotte Conway in Maryland. Trucker made me proud finishing his title with four majors, three of them awarded at Specialty and supported entry weekends. Trucker also won Best In Sweeps at the Midwest Regional Specialty in a beautiful entry of 44 puppies. Thank you breeder judge Crystal McNulty, Hycks Hollow Whippets, for this amazing win.
Truckers incredible sidegait and timing on the move are his greatest asset. I will also say he is one of the most fun dogs I have had the honor of breeding and showing.
